Tom & Sandra's Complete Property Overhaul: A Massive Transformation from Start to Finish

The Challenge

When Tom and Sandra reached out to CleanYards, they were dealing with something that had been weighing on them for years. Their Winchester property - once a source of pride - had gradually slipped away from them. Between health challenges, demanding work schedules, and Winchester's relentless growing seasons, the yard had crossed the line from "needs some work" to "we don't even know where to start."

Then came the detailed work: clearing every garden bed by hand, pulling invasive weeds and their root systems, and carefully preserving any desirable plants that had survived underneath the chaos.

The border work was critical. Every single edge had to be redefined - the line between garden bed and lawn had been completely erased by years of unchecked sprawl. Using precision edging tools, we cut crisp borders back into the landscape, giving the property the structure it had been missing.

The volume of material we removed was staggering. Multiple trailer loads of green waste left the property over the course of the project. Every hedge was shaped, every bed was cleared, every walkway was fully accessible again.

The Completed Overhaul

The transformation was extraordinary. Standing in the same spots where our before photos were taken, the property was almost unrecognizable. Clean, defined garden beds. Neatly shaped hedges. Open, accessible walkways. Every section of the property had been brought back to life.

What struck Tom and Sandra most wasn't any single change - it was the cumulative effect.
